  Wanted something different and had driven by this place over the years.  Got the Jerk Pork and Jerk Chicken.  Both were very moist and very tasty. We liked the Jerk Pork more, spicy and very flavourful with a nice dry rubbed crisp "bark".  Lunch deal with rice was 8 bucks.   What we had was gluten free.
  
  The reviews trashed the service which I found funny when you are getting such good food for less than the price of McD.  If you want service goto a waitered restaurant.  Give this place a try and decide for yourself.  We enjoyed it and will be back.

  Despite the reviews I went ahead and gave this food a try.. and I was pleasantly surprised! I don't normally expect to much customer service at Caribbean take out establishments to be honest but I didn't find anything out of the ordinary here I live 5 minutes away and will be coming back for many more lunches! I got the jerk pork with curry potatoes and oxtail gravy on the rice I wanted to keep the true taste of the pork and a bit of hot sauce. It surpassed my expectations and tasted amazing and was moist through out! 5/5 guys!

  Tried this place even though I don't like chains, a huge mistake. The service was horrible, the jerk chicken was also horrible. I think it was yesterday's just warmed up in the oven or something. It was dry, little seasoning and not spicy at all. As for the service, the guy at the counter didn't offer anything, not a napkin, not a fork and knife (not that I'd use one but I imagine others do). Horrible experience and can't believe this place still exists.

  I agree with most foodies here; the food is very tasty but the customer service is awful! 9 out 10 times, they are 30 - 40 minutes late in opening the store. Hungry people are waiting outside knocking on the store front windows in attempts to try to catch their attention to open up the door so at least they can walk in instead of waiting outside yet they don't even acknowledge. I don't know if they deaf or just straight up rude. If they are planning to open up late then I suggest you to change your store hours to 12pm instead of 11am!
  Also, the store needs to be cleaned up. They have unused furniture and all kinds of crap lying around that has no relation to the restaurant! What the heck?

  Overall - Great place to grab food during lunch time and get out. Service is terrible but I guess you can't win em all.
  
  Service: 2/5 - The Chinese guy serving the food is extremely rude and sassy - avoid interaction with him. Haven't had any experience with the other people working there, but he seems to be the one working there the majority of the time.
  
  Food: 4/5 - The Jerk Chicken there is really nice and juicy. The peas and rice are also great. That's really all you need to know about the place.
  
  Price: 4.5/5 - If you go during lunch I believe the Jerk Chicken Dinner is only $7-8, which is super cheap for a full meal. It is also really filling. At other times the price is reasonable/cheap compared to other places that you could go and get that good and filling of a meal.
